Digitizing

Digitising involves scanning patterns into a digital format usable by CAD/CAM system. This is the first step in mass producing many items, including furniture, leather goods, automotive parts and many more.

Why Digitize?

By digitizing all pattern can be modified easily during development. This allows for the pattern to be used for all CAD/CAM operations meaning there is no need for tooling.

Accuracy

Our digitizing software is accurate to ±0.2mm allowing for accurate reproduction of your patterns.

Security

Another importance to digitizing is pattern security. Unlike physical patterns that are prone to damage or loss all digital patterns are stored on our server saved locally and offsite.
